Sunday Steamboat dinner

Its Sunday! (= yippy another usual dae waking up late,tts moi...Then received a sms frm Qin asking wana join Louisa & Dage for dinner later..Of cuz,its been a super long time since our last outing wit them,wahaha..Qin always have new makan hideouts that mi & darling seldom explore hidden in Spore..cuz he dun bother to racky those hotspots...tsk tsk..Louisa brought us to this basement at Golden Mile Centre where is bursting wit peeps,and theme was steamboat!! I was craving for tt since last week pestering darling to bring mi to satisfy my tastebuds but annoyingly he refused cuz both of us were nt big eaters so kinda waste $$ ,rather haf it in a group instead..more worth it loh..well Louisa was spot on..The shop is called Thien Kee Steamboat if i didnt rem it wrongly..Their signature dish was e deep fried prawn fritters and hainanese white chicken and steamboat is standard wit e usual stuffs like (lettuce,pork,liver,fishball,sotong and others too long to list out).Anyway,is reali cheap n yummilicious (= ....so damn full after tt..decided to pop by e food centre opposite to try e chocolate belgian waffles,bagus....e extra topping of e warm fuzzy chocolate dip..uncle was super generous in e amount!!! tHey even gt a Facebook account..Close to 8pm after dinner,still early thou still need to work tomorrow )= so Qin jio to watch $$ no enough 2..was kinda bored cuz i wasnt reali into Jack Neo movies n it was all spoken in alien Hokkien/Teochew language which i totally dun understand at all...But since majority wanted to see,so cant be spoiler rite...so go loh...In e end,verdict i gave was 7/10...super damn funny wit e overall cast n e story was also veri touching lah..(imagine darling hubby is tearing leh,thou i didnt wana step on his ego)...didnt regret watching at all...

Hi Hi

Its been a super duper long time since i last updated my bloggie in here,coz i am nt reali familar wit the settings on this bologspot thingy..Rather i having been blogging in my multiply instead (= Just came back frm my teambuilding trip at Bintan last Sat..An annual thingy for my company to bond wit my fellow collegues,however something different is that i was transferred over to HR dept last Dec,after deciding tt my current job is way too monotonous for me,everydae logging in to the same old system,allocating car orders! I can even do it wit my eyes closed (kinda wasted since i got my biz deg and doing meaningless routine boring jobs) consider me as a low rank & file staff,being a deg holder...ItS time for me to get out of my comfy zone and strive for something totally new and challenging.Thanks to my superior mummy who fought for me a chance n tadaH,i was accepted after rounds of interview by my HR director tt he finalli accepted me into HR... grin grin (=My position nw is hmm sounds much better - HR executive rather than to be called CO (clerical officer,for heaven sake ----they shld reali change the title to admin assisitant will sound better rite) For mi, the title is important to me at least people regard u as a higher level above those that are lower than u (yeah,tts reality in working life >_<) tts hw u survive in this political world putting on ur "plastic mask" to work every dae...

Into my current new HR job,thou i am stuck in a room wit my boss,he has a room and i am sitted outside,pheWww,facing e 4 walls isolated frm my fellow collegues...strange thing is actualli i find my office quite a nice cozy corner wit no1 to spy on wad u r doing unlike for those seated outside..have to be on constant lookout for those sneaky passerbys...haha,for mi is ULTImaTE F.R.e.E.d.O.m !! Boss is super nice and flexible and learning new stuffs everydae...Hopefully i can climb up to be a manager 1 dae..Gtta work extra hard so to achieve my new aspired goals since after boss send mi back to skol once again (tsk tsk...),but its all for my own future..so greatly appreciated,keke ...Gd news is tt we are going to buy our wedding bands sometime next month and frm there,going to be kept busy wit all e upcoming plans...so Tata for nw...till my next blog

Leisure Sunday

Yesterdae suppose to go out but then darling's cousin passed away suddenly! so he had to pop over and settle e funeral thingy so we didnt get to go out as usual..So guai guai stay @t hme loh lazing ard doing ntg,surfing net n Facebook.So happy that my LONG AWAITED BONUS IS FINALLY HERE!!!! another 2 weeks (= haf already drawn a long wishlist of what i wanted(**cant wait to set my hands upon it,another madness of retail therapy**) So we decided to meet todae and haf our lunch at our usual haunt.Then off to Orchard to haf a look at my vintage dress i spotted in the mag but too bad no mre )= Decided to heAD for hme but who noes a twist of fate landed both of us to the wrong level and we were in front of a game shop.Since i finally gave darling e $$ to buy his PSP (which he was still tinking where to get e cheapest deal)..Evil mi started to psycho him to go in and i SUCCEDED,muahahah) super awsome package deal of $375 with all things included..Also i get to play lah coz it will come in handy during our KL trip this March..~Wohoo~

Bought a LV luggage taG for myself last Sat during my return trip frm Jap and aso accompany Qin to LV (oreadi self-declaRed bankrupt of e aftermath of endless shoppin) as Qin gt 1 for her best fren Wendy and gt e taggy embossed with her initialS W.G. She can hang it with her LV speedy quite nice.Qin gt it at Bangkok LV for juz $56!!! Tink is e cheapesT thing u can get it at LV loh..Qin was sweet enuf to ask if i wanTed she can help mi to get it in BKK,of cuz!!! OnCe we reached LV entrance it was oreadi a super long queue liao e tag was for collection,so she called her boSS who is a VVIP customer,ask him to show his fAce and we can juz walk in without queuein,haha (= so save e trouble i asked e sales staff if there is any mre stock available for e LV Tag since heard its oreadi sold out in Spore,sadly there is no mre stk liao )= so gtta wait loh..AfTer collecting her tag,we headed to Liat Tower ZarA and shooped for a little while b4 heading for our dinner.I rem beside e shopping centre therE was another LV boutique at Hilton Hotel so my evil tots came in and told Qin wana try our luck??? OKiE!!! So we went in,thEre wasnt a single soul in e boutique and i asked if theRe is still e TaG available and thank my lucky starS,tHere is only 1 pieCe lefT price $62!! Got it wrapped and wahlah,e rest is history(dardar was quite pissed looking at his fAce,anyway he didnt follow us and headed straight to e restaurant instead)**hw sweet & Totful of Qin** wheRe to find so nice fRens nwadaEs..So nice of Qin & Louisa,2gether wit Dage,Anthony & his girlfren Wendy to celebrate my 26Th birthdae at Far East Shopping Centre a western restauraunt all served by senior citizens,kinda cool ya called Shaslik.Its located at 6th level cum out of the lift toward ur left hidden at a corner.E ambience kinda dim and packeD i wud say and we weRe quite lucky to haf spoTTed a celebritY couple and juz next door table weRe DJ Rosalind Pho (starred in Girls Aloud wit famous bloggEr Xiaxue),Elvin Heng (starred in e EaT aiR movie??) dont recall him leh...Oh,forgot to tell who is e couple u might be guessin....its none other than Michelle Chia and her dearie Shaun Chen,both as preeti and yandao la hor...but a bit dao la coz Media corp artistes ma so much show some diva status loh..My digi cam fail me tt night damn so no picS uploaded.

My Birthday!!

Omg,my 26th birthday is cuming soon around de corner,haiz getting older oreadi leh...**sob sob** time seems to fly pass super fast once we are over 21 years old,hw true said my all my older generation collegues..VeRi SOOn,i will be hitting my 30s!! Can you imagine tt...Wonder wad has dar had in stoRe to surprise me,anyway didnt pin so high hopes as he is kinda boring when it cums to all theSe thingy n i m those damn super impatient person who cant wait for long n soon he blurtS out wadevEr he suppose to SURPRISE ME...Zzzzz..Till then,will update abt the happenings on my bdae...
